How estimates, orders, delivery and optional services work.

Estimates and order acceptance
Marketplace totals are estimates in USD before applicable taxes and separately agreed charges. The selected cities, domains, services and progressive savings should be reviewed before a request is prepared. The parties must accept a written order identifying the contracting entities and final scope before fulfillment. This static checkout prepares an email or downloadable request; it does not process payment or submit a binding purchase automatically.

Prices and payment
The accepted order records the final fees, currency, taxes, payment method and due dates. A price shown in a saved cart is recalculated against the current published catalogue before a new request. Published package savings apply to eligible domains, not optional services. Eight or more domains require a custom quote. No card or bank details should be entered in the contact or quote form.

Delivery and verification
Standard dataset fulfillment is one secure download package for the accepted release and licensed entity. A failed or corrupted transfer may be reissued without creating another licence. Delivery timing, access expiry and any prerequisites are stated in the order. The customer should check the files and supplied manifests on receipt and report missing, corrupt or materially non-conforming items promptly.

Services and dependencies
Each purchased service must have agreed deliverables, inputs, responsibilities, delivery dates and acceptance criteria. Advertised delivery windows are indicative until the order is accepted and required inputs are available. Added analysis, integration, support or AI/ML services do not expand data rights. Custom work involving customer data requires an agreed handling arrangement before that data is shared.
5.
Changes, cancellation and remedies
Changes to scope, schedule or price require written agreement. A cancellation request before delivery or commencement will be assessed against work already authorized and costs reasonably committed under the order. No blanket non-refundable rule or automatic waiver of statutory cancellation rights is imposed by this website. Where supplied work materially fails the accepted specification, the parties will agree correction, replacement, re-performance or another applicable remedy, including a refund where required by law or the order.
6.
Support and future releases
Support is limited to the period and deliverables selected in the accepted order. Recurring refreshes, future regenerated releases, ongoing hosting, API access and continuing support are not included unless expressly ordered. There is no automatic subscription renewal through the current checkout.
7.
Records and authority
The person preparing a request confirms that the organization and intended use are accurately described and that they are authorized to request the proposed scope. The request records the reviewed terms version and draft-preparation time. This is a customer-prepared record, not an authenticated electronic signature or a server receipt. Final acceptance and retention of the executed order occur in the agreed commercial process.
